This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how ByteSlice LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("ByteSlice LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit the website at byteslice.co (the "Site"). By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
1. Scope: Swirls.ai Is Not Covered by This Policy
This Policy applies only to byteslice.co. ByteSlice LLC is the holding company for Swirls.ai. Swirls.ai is a separate product with its own privacy policy at swirls.ai. If you use Swirls.ai, the Swirls.ai privacy policy governs the collection and use of your data on that platform.

We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data of any kind through this Site.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Understand how visitors use the Site and which content is most useful
- Identify and fix technical problems with the Site
- Respond to emails you send us
- Enforce these Terms of Service and comply with applicable law
We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to third parties.
4. Cookies and Analytics (PostHog)
We use PostHog (posthog.com) to collect analytics data about how the Site is used. PostHog sets cookies and uses similar tracking technologies in your browser to recognize repeat visits and measure usage patterns. The information PostHog collects on our behalf includes page views, session duration, click events, and the technical data listed in Section 2.
PostHog acts as a data processor on our behalf. PostHog's own privacy policy is available at posthog.com/privacy. PostHog may process data on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions.
You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to notify you when cookies are being set. Most browsers also support opt-out mechanisms for analytics tracking. If you disable cookies, the Site will still function, though PostHog will not be able to recognize your session across page loads.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

- Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, information held by us may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such change by updating this Policy.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
Analytics data collected through PostHog is retained in accordance with PostHog's data retention settings, which we configure to retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. For data held by PostHog on our behalf, we will work with PostHog to fulfill your request.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
