These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at byteslice.co (the "Site"), operated by ByteSlice LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("ByteSlice LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an informational and marketing website. It contains company information, a blog, and links to products operated by ByteSlice LLC and its principals. The Site does not offer services for sale, accept payments, or process orders of any kind.

2. Swirls.ai Is a Separate Product

ByteSlice LLC is the holding company for Swirls.ai. Swirls.ai is a separate product with its own website, terms of service, and privacy policy located at swirls.ai. These Terms apply only to byteslice.co. They do not govern your use of Swirls.ai or any other product. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Swirls.ai terms, the Swirls.ai terms govern for activity on that platform.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, blog posts, graphics, logos, and software (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of ByteSlice LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may read, share, and link to the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Content without prior written permission from ByteSlice LLC.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are prohibited:

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BYTESLICE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Site.
